Restoring backup Lumia 950 - Microsoft Community

hi had reset lumia 950. , when started setting phone asked me if want restore data , when clicked yes asking me option text or call number @ that stage not usable. never received calls or texts , couldn't go anywhere had remain in screen, tried decide go ahead without restoring.

can tell me how i'm supposed receive text or call without having setup phone? there other way can restore now?

in account can set email , phone number account security checks.

i set email permanent email address , use phones number texts.

when asked, can select email if needed.

you need change 1 of security checks 1 can access without phone.
