Where does the MS Edge save the bookmarks/favorites on local Hard - Microsoft Community
hi everyone!
whenever saved website ms edge favorites, didn't see website saved in favorites folder in user account path "c:\users\user account\favorites". vise versa correct, means whenever copying favorites local favorites folder created manually previous ms explorer browser, , pasted them favorites folder, didn't see favorites being shown in ms edge favorites.
as result, realized path "c:\users\user account\favorites" dedicated ms explorer browser favorites.

you're correct! path "c:\users\user account\favorites" dedicated internet explorer browser favorites. microsoft edge using extensible storage engine (ese) store favorites. check path microsoft edge favorites saved, can open windows file explorer , navigate following path:
c:\users\username\appdata\local\packages\microsoft.microsoftedge_8wekyb3d8bbwe\ac\microsoftedge\user\default
in addition, if import favorites other browsers microsoft edge, follow steps on link.
