windows 10 lumia camera & video app crashing - Microsoft Community

camera 📷 app working slow in lumia 640 xl dual sim windows 10 mobile 📱, other windows device camera 📷 app's working fine...

while taking videos through windows phone camera 📷 app fluctuating lot , getting struck in between video 📼 coverage....most of time crashing , not saving/storing anywhere in device including sd card..

most of time showing error code should not understand mobile 📱 user..most of time couldn't open video file taken mobile 📱...

i need permanent solution issue bcz have lost lot of beautiful moments...any 1 can me regarding this?????......

since other camera apps working fine, sounds related software issue. suggest perform soft reset. press , hold volume down button , power button until phone vibrates , restarts. note should not touch device screen during process (not when 'slide down power off' prompt appears). after performing soft reset, try check if issue persists.

if soft reset didn't work, suggest update phone software latest released (10.0.14393.953), try , test camera again. update phone software, go settings> update , security> phone update> check updates.
