Windows Insider Preview Installation Failure - Microsoft Community


i have been attempting install preview build 15002 on pc. installed build 14986, went smoothly. reason, can't install 15002 or 15007. see error code 0xc1900101-0x20017 , the sentence "the installation failed in safe_os phase error during boot operation."  have tried fix tool windows update service, , attempts fix "corrupted windows update database" hasn't worked.  suggestions?

did search forum safe-os?
