apps getting closed issue - suddenly - Microsoft Community


hi team, few of major app's getting closed while accessing...windows 8.1

apps instagram not opening, times after many attempts getting opened, same minimised , getting closed without in information...

your support highly required fix issue in priority basis...

without seeing device initial thoughts power off device (so see goodbye message) restart. if not fix issue, if mine hard reset , set new device.

i not restore backup if have auto backup enabled (personal choice). use same live id contacts , calendar info return. if have pictures set auto backup onedrive have access pictures. if want specific pics save on device can download individual pics device.

just thoughts...
