Can't download apps - thanks I am a 60 yr old child ! - Microsoft Community


i getting same issue previous users complained of.  i cannot download apps microsoft lumia windows 8.1 phone keeps asking me go parent , amend family account.  i have no children , age , details correct on account.  i contacted number , apparently sent request unblock several days ago still being sent around in same frustrating loop!  

i don't see why should set-up fictitious children in account past issue.

anyone know how resolve or need call?  thanks.
