Can't pair MS Universal Keyboard with Win10 Mobile - Microsoft Community


the phone sees keyboard , gives me 6digit pin key in on keyboard after 15-20sec says "couldn't connect"

phone: alcatel idol 4s
os ver: 10.0.14393.576

keyboard set windows, device 1 selected , phone "sees" device. i'm not getting response after entering pin

i've tried...
1: entering in pin , hitting ok
2: hitting ok , entering pin
3: entering pin , not hitting ok
4: repeating steps 1-3 setting keyboard device 2
5: praying , lighting incense before repeating steps 1 , 4
