Hijack in Internet Explorer - Microsoft Community

every time open internet explorer, directed http://freamclearll.website/ie/  (i have spelling right)

this says ring number on screen (an australian number) within 5 minutes or microsoft format hard drive because have virus

once on screen, nothing can closed down the way out task manager (ctrl alt delete), close explorer down

obviously scam con money out of people, lots fall it

this has been there months now, , nothing have in way of various antivirus or antimalware programs can find it

i can't find add on explorer

i cant find reference freamclearll on web, secretive

has else had problem, , know how remove it

i appreciate help, while there other programs access internet, explorer can't deleted (at least me)

and worried spread other people

on screen click on ok on next screen click on "don't let page create more messages."
