Inserting PDF print out leads to Class Notebook not syncing - Microsoft Community


when insert pdf file in print out section on 1 note class notebook leads being unable sync(couldn't sync error comes up). when delete section, notebook goes syncing correctly. tried on staff members account (different laptop+ different pdf) , same thing happened. solutions?

spoke microsoft support on phone. issue seemed the onenote windows 10 app i using. when went original desktop onenote version on laptop, opened class notebook , inserted file printout (pdf of 24 pages), it worked , synced app , online viewer aswel. maybe because gave a  separate page each page of pdf as opposed 24 pages in 1 page leading sync error maybe. hope helps people.
