i had problem, windows phone gets hot.

i mean very hot. happened when use long period of time or time when charging it.

what problem? how can avoid it?!

hi,

when playing games long period of time, normal phone hot if intensive task heats processor. perform following:

• restart phone.
• try minimize apps , functions using @ 1 time.
• make sure phone doesn’t have pending software updates or app updates. if there pending app updates in store, complete or cancel them.

in cases normal phone feel warm, example, when using multiple high-performing apps, listening music extended time, when downloading extensive amounts of data or when phone charging.

your phone meets manufacturer’s high standards device safety , meets international standard safety (iec 60950-1) , country-specific requirements. avoid getting warm , protect itself, phone may automatically slow down, close apps and, if necessary, switch off.
