rip off - Microsoft Community

i paid $99.99 evers came out $113.00. thought paying 3 years & 4 softwares.  i found out  it 1 month. don't know did made worse.  said fixed & good. little while after started getting virus pop ups. when contacted microsoft & told them problem, said have pay again. told them did & that's when found out paid 1 month. girl said paid premium service 1 month. told me there 1 year service $147.00, pissed, no 1 told me that. stupid part. told girl, no 1 told me 1 year service. told girl why should pay $113.00 1 month, when can pay $147.00 year. know said, maybe didn't have money!!!!! have paid $147.00 year one. told girl, 1 pay for, said 1 year one. had mcafee & said don't need them & cancel them out. should have kept mcafee. want refund misrepresentation. have had microsoft many years. when talk foreigner have hard time understanding them & there same too. don't explain well. please point me can refund & on track again.. thank time..aloha 

p.s. tried upload couple of stuff got .. 1 saying $99.99 4 softwares & 3 years. on desktop..
