hii... hope question answer directly..ahmm why can't download application. , says there "needs parent.......or family set up" 1 using windows phone in our family perhaps because love windows phones ...how can download if needs that?? , alone use windows phone...please don't ever required me set family.. , if ever how can set family? don't know how it. ..
