can't use instagram. because of when try upload video, still showing preparing and after time app gone close.

let's start working on checking if there's pending phone software update. check it, go settings > update , security > phone update > check updates. 

after updating phone software, suggest perform soft reset. soft reset phone, press , hold power , volume down buttons @ same time until phone restarts.
