Windows 10 Touchpad and Mouse Issues on Dell XPS L701X - Microsoft Community


i installed win 10 on dell xps l701x laptop , since then, navigating touchpad has been problem because mouse keeps scrolling , unresponsive time.

i cannot find driver software on "programs , features" cannot delete.

deletion through device manager did not uninstall. see "ps/2 compatible mouse" in device manager

please advise how find , delete driver can manually re-install advised several postings have read.

go support site dell , download newest drivers device, go device manager , click on device in question , click on update driver, when askd click on pc.
