i trying reinstall software on acer liquid jade primo. have got device restart page, phone connected , have followed instructions put in flash mode, flash icon displyed on phone. happens next? doesn't thing happening. have left connected 45 mins.

lightning icon gear visible when phone in flashing state or phone memory being flashed. isolate issue, suggest perform soft reset. press , hold volume down , power button until phone vibrates , restart.
if issue persists, need perform factory reset using hardware keys. can refer article reset phone. should switch phone normal.
with regards updating phone, please follow steps below:
- after resetting phone, set correct date and time settings including region , language settings.
- make sure have stable internet connection.
- also make sure battery full avoid interruption during update.
- check available updates. go settings > update & security > check for updates.
