today tried buy microsoft store via windows phone first time after upgrading phone windows 10. purchase blocked (my registered method of payment paypal) error message gave instructions go account.xbox.com > xbox settings > privacy & online safety . navigated page of xbox account on pc (a bit baffled why xbox account affecting phone store account still, i'm sure know best).
of stuff on page related friends access details , access theirs of have blocked. couldn't figure out change called support got speak someone, asked me email account gave, asked me again , gave again asked me spell out did , again , again , again , gave up. person having problems understanding english accent (i'm london don't have accent such) , repeat of 2 weeks ago when tried arrange return of 4 month old xbox360 controller no longer works. needless still have broken controller , can still not buy on windows 10 phone. suppose controller advantage not being able buy phone store can nothing hurt them.
