Cannot update to 15048 - (SR NUMBER 1377960920) - Microsoft Community


i have tried troubleshooting methods including clean boot , downloading , installing 15042 iso still same issue .

it downloads , installs winupdate fine needs restart - blue update screen comes , @ 35 percent hangs bit , says restarting no error or info of went wrong. computer restarts started.

i've spent days on this, swift response appreciated.
