i getting error code 801882cd when try update windows phone lumia 540.
getting error code 805a8011 when try download application store,
please guide me quickly

we suggest phone , perform hard reset. hard reset phone, go settings > system > about > reset phone.

hard reset windows phone return same state in first time turned on. personal content erased, , phone restored factory settings.

please create backup before performing hard reset phone memory wiped out. creating backup, click stuff.
