Headphones - Microsoft Community

when unplug headphones nokia windows phone, phone still detects headphones while aren't plugged in.

i can't adjust volume because of headphones input, though headphones aren't plugged in.

hi,

does happens headphones plug phone? suggest soft resetting phone holding volume down , power button simultaneously till phone vibrates. once phone turned on, plug in again headset against phone gently.

let know how goes.
