hey cortana voice activation not available on lumia 1520 available , works great on newer android phone. moving away android have 1 os operating system surface 4 , lumia 1520.

is there away voice activated hey cortana back? participating in insiders program 1520 , on current os software fast link.

a little puzzled why android has new hey cortana features released in beta , not available on it's own os insiders program. there way manually download?

to address concern, know os build , version.

meanwhile, suggest disable third party antivirus using. can update phone , check if issue persists.

let know how goes.
