I can't get past build 15014 - Microsoft Community

my pc downloads build 15031, without problems. when reboot, updates 35%, reboot , start build 15014. not update pc. when rebootet message in actioncenter, updates not installed.

then downlads build 15031 again, , same thing happens. 

any suggestions, other fresh install?

to address concern, let's troubleshoot windows update first. kindly following:

1. run automated troubleshooter windows updates. this, follow steps below:
   
   1. right click windows logo (start button).
   2. select control panel.
   3. click troubleshooting.
   4. choose system , security.
   5. select windows update.
   6. click advanced.
   7. click run administrator.
   8. click advanced again.
   9. make sure apply repairs automatically check box checked.
   10. click next.
   11. after troubleshooter finished running, take note of result , send us. can check if can update build 15031.
       
2. reset windows update components. this, follow steps found on link. after resetting windows update components, check if can update build 15031.
