Internet Explorer 11 won't open on Windows 7 - Microsoft Community


i tried open internet explorer. double click on icon on taskbar , blue circle turns couple of times , nothing. i've tried few things suggested in community no avail. uninstalled , trying reinstall reason won't reinstall. suggestions appreciated.
