Issue connecting my Phone to my PC to transfer files - Microsoft Community


i have been able connect phone pc transfer files 1 other - pc not recognize phone @ all.

when go device manager, can see phone in area - , when attempt update driver in device manager (by clicking properties when hovering on item yellow triangle , ! mark - , following error message:

this device not configured correctly. (code 1)

a service installation section in inf invalid.

i on latest windows 10 preview - started happening other day , have not installed other hardware or else might conflicting.

i stumped , want fixed - 1 have suggestions?
