My phone will not turn off - Microsoft Community


when turn off phone or reset or other function requires phone switched on , off ,screen on (goodbye) locked. and wait no not help.
i got updated latest version of windows , before did not have problem .
i think problem due update.

why posting same question again n again? third time posting question! when had gave right answer didn't replied me, properly! note last chance! community helping people not having fun , jokes!
