upgraded nokia lumia 1520 windows 8.1 windows 10. afterward did not recognize sim. told told downgrade 8.1. did , nothing happened. told reset phone; did , still did not recognize sim. advised take phone technician , did , later told me phone's motherboard corrupted , never work again. now, i'll without phone awhile. can me..... think microsoft should replace phone..... me

as aware standard guarantee 12 months , in instances 24 months

in earlier post on matter stated unrepairable (now corrupted motherboard).
