updates that won't install - Microsoft Community


phone has downloaded 564 mb of files update says can't install because needs 564mb of temporary free space. can't delete these downloaded files , can't free 564mb of space says needs complete update. i'm left low storage , daily message s telling me update phone.

hi,

this issue resolved performing soft reset on phone. will not remove @ phone , safe attempt in problem situation. suggest perform on phone , check if issue persists.
