Uploading Videos to Vimeo with Edge versus Internet Explorer - Microsoft Community

my initial experience windows 10 home version 1703 build 15063.296 shows:

- uploading mp4 video file vimeo using edge results in not getting beyond 0 percent in progress..... have abort it

- uploading same file using internet explorer 11 works fine, usual

3. press windows key + q open start search box, type windows powershell, right-click on it, , select run administrator.
4. copy , paste following command: 

get-appxpackage -allusers -name microsoft.microsoftedge | foreach {add-appxpackage -disabledevelopmentmode -register "$($_.installlocation)\appxmanifest.xml" –verbose}
