build 16226, start screen opens but with no tiles. I understand there - Microsoft Community

i upgraded 16199 16215 (multiple issues 16215 including current one: start screen no tiles, lists available). upgraded build 16226. issues fixed, however, start screen still opens no tiles.  1 have ideas on this?

i did backtrack on build 16215 16199 because of other issues: difficult internet connectivity, frequent crashes on browsers, unstable video , sound. glad 16226 came along , attempted directly update 16199. instead, computer updated 16215 , had update again 16226. not directly update 16226 16199. see there others same issue.
