i think reply says all, if need more information, i'm ready best provide it. haven't recommended link here on forum yet, permission so. these windows updates big problem windows users. can recommend several things try updates install, there comes time when it's time bite bullet , perform clean install. ms gave me link in recovery setting can see in screen shot, i'm assuming it's ok recommend link maybe warning.

long not spam or post destructive methods, on topic, , following terms of use , code of conduct welcome reply thread think have give.

true clean install prudent action user take.

caution make recommending clean install fix issue sure understand problem , possible other methods might employed correct particular issue. guideline : clean install puts user lot of trouble. true less over-all trouble performing plethora of fixes might otherwise suggested fix issue @ hand.

if going recommend another's methods correct particular issue should likewise assure methods also meet guideline.
