keyboard word suggestions not reinstalled - Microsoft Community


i tried installing windows insider; deleting keyboards , reinstalling , , other actions proposed others; still no download on spanish word suggestings had worked until on lumia 640 lte. says download unsuccesful"; "action required", followed "preparing download", nothing reinstalled. noticed many phone owners same issue. solution?
