deleted user,  saved files , favorites. how transfer favorites new user?

deleted user,  saved files , favorites. how transfer favorites new user?

did export favorites or save favorites folder from

"c:\users\your account\favorites"

if exported favorites htm file, import file.

if copied favorites folder, move folder current location to

"c:\users\your new account\favorites" , replace folder.
