Lumia 640XL unable to upgrade to Win10 - Microsoft Community


hello!

my phone lumia 640xl, build: 8.10.15148.160

as described, i've downloaded upgrade advisor application, says, that:

"the windows 10 upgrade isn't available phone @ moment. we're trying determine if phone can support windows 10."

i'm connected wifi, battery charged (and plugged in), available internal storage 2,78gb.

any suggestions?

here things can make sure updates go smoothly, we suggest perform soft reset. press , hold volume down , power button until phone vibrates , restarts. note should not touch device screen during process (not when 'slide down power off' prompt appears).

after performing soft reset, try run upgrade advisor app again.
