Lumia 830 shows "Phone off" - Microsoft Community


hi.

facing issue lumia 830. after got on creator's update, cross mark appeared on network bar , sim settings in settings page have greyed out. have tried soft reset, hard reset , removing sim , inserting again no avail.

please since main phone , cant make calls, message, or use mobile network. wifi works.
