No alarm when e-mails - Microsoft Community


i have windows 10 on 950, build 10.0.15063.414.

since month ago, don't receive notification new e-mails. no sound. settings sound enabled. idea what's wrong?

try soft reset turn phone on press , hold volume down , power buttons until vibrates release them , restart don't touch screen until restarts
