Non Microsoft apps no longer loading Lumia 735 - Microsoft Community


hi all,

my lumia 735, 1 gb ram, windows 10 mobile, version 1703, os build 10.0.15063.2, firmware 02177.00000.15184.36003

will no longer load apps not microsoft since update, loading screen nothing.

apps trying windows store;

citrix

activid token

i have since reset phone other posts suggested related previous settings, reset , restored backup. have done reset , started scratch have same issue.

any suggestion appreciated require activid work.

these factors why can't re-set microsoft account on phone:

  • your phone has incorrect date , time set.
  • you not have data connection.
  • your phone in "bad state."

we advise perform suggested troubleshooting steps in can't add microsoft account during initial setup of windows phone 8.
