Windows 10 store problem - Microsoft Community


hello, have lumia 535 windows10, having latest updates. today phone's store app updating apps, new version of store app downloaded , installed meanwhile crashed, vibration starts. there no way stop. have pullup battry, started normally. store app uninstalled phone. how can install again ....

........and in future cases please don't pull out battery, ........

that called soft reset, off course possible phones removable battery.

this can help, can prevent need hard reset.

but in case of atta ullah hard reset  may option working again

but remind them make backup prior hard reset ;) atta ullah make backup of personal things please before hard reset phone

a hard reset remove personal data.
