cant't update to the newer build - Microsoft Community


my device received, downloaded , installed 16176 , 16179 , 16184 everytime restart finish , stuck here 

i've tried many ways (troubleshoot, iso, reset pc ) don't work. i'm stucking in 16170.1000 build, pls me

someone else reported same screen (except in german). happens if choose language?

it may system partition needs rebuilt, if restarts , reverts previous build, else wrong.

there script available create iso file new build files processed windows update called uup-converter-wimlib-8. search online. found through mdl forums. potentially create install media build 16184 use. did few clean installs way.
