I cant create a microsoft account on my Windows 8 phone - Microsoft Community


hullo have windows8 phone reset can't create microsoft account during set up...meaning can't access applications on phone...they keep telling me can't connect right now..what should bypass , a

able download apps

after reset there no apps on phone. have installed again.

make sure account works going https://outlook.live.com on pc, sign in account want use on phone.

connected phone wifi , sign in account. can not bypass this.
