Touch problem - Microsoft Community


hello sir/ma'am

touch , apps , working automatically when use them exits automatically, apps stop working because of went service centre suggest me reset , reset many times. have updated phone it's not's  works. in 1 month have faced problems becomes  of microsoft phone. service centre can't solve problem give me rubbish suggestions please help  me or haven't go consume  court complain because, there only  1 month before haven buy phone  . please send rightful , effective way solve problem if solve issue tell me truth . sorry these words because service centre 20km away home, 4times went problem please send. suggestion on email id ,
