unable open downloaded apps lumia 540. did soft reset master reset, though not gave solution. whenever download apps time open app shos loading message only. please wat solutions . upgraded windows 10 windows 8.1.

this due outdated software, incorrect settings, etc. let's @ bottom of providing information below:

  • what's os build installed on lumia 540? check, go settings > system > about > more info.
  • when did issue start?
  • does happen of apps or apps?
  • can confirm if apps , phone updated?
  • is date , time settings on phone set manual or automatic?
  • where apps stored?
