Websites not loading properly - Microsoft Community

hey, using windows 10 pro (64 bit version).

when try open youtube web on microsoft edge appears this https://i.imgsafe.org/a17b4a4cb1.png ,  https://i.imgsafe.org/a17bae2192.png. tried re-installing microsoft edge but dint work please if other solutions.

let's try isolate cause of issue. recommend clear browsing data. kindly follow steps below:

1. open edge.
2. click on 3 dots icon on upper-right part of screen.
3. click settings.
4. under clear browsing data, click on choose clear.
5. click on clear.

if issue persists, suggest disable hardware acceleration , use software rendering. here steps on how enable software rendering:

1. click start.  
2. on search bar, type internet options, , click on internet options results.
3. click on advanced tab.
4. under accelerated graphics, check use software rendering instead of gpu rendering.
5. restart computer.
