Windows Insider connection error - Microsoft Community


when installing windows 10 mobile wp8.1 insider app says "a connection error prevented downloading programs you. please check date/time of device , network connection , try again"

to issue regarding upgrade, suggest try following:

  • perform soft reset.
  • if soft reset doesn't work, hard reset.

let know outcome.
