has worked out call forwarding issues - msge 'we having trouble getting call forwarding info right now'. thoughts / ideas or glitch cant fixed?

call forwarding operator feature. did consult carrier already?

the required settings may available on customer portal website, or may done sending **# codes specific phone number, activate , adjust feature.
