Bluetooth Connection Problems with Nokia 830 and ME/BE E-350 - Microsoft Community


phone used connect car bluetooth. has changed. connection takes anywhere 2 25 minutes inconsistently. connect if stay in car long enough. assume has recent windows phone update, since know car bluetooth has not been updated, , have checked mercedes. have idea what's going on or how correct issue?

just check, have tried performing soft reset on phone?

you can press power , volume down button 15 seconds (or once device vibrates) before releasing hold.

afterwards, wait phone finish rebooting , check if bluetooth connect faster time.

let know how goes.
