how can update microsoft acount windows phone

hi,

on phone, go https://account.microsoft.com , login ms username , password use on other win7 computer. select options register phone 1 of devices. (devices section on right hand side of webpage)....

it appears using windows 7 , ie8 on other computer.... ie 11 supported more.... should run windows update on computer (you need restart number of times until ie11 , other updates installed)... until update ie11 on windows 7 computer may not able use access ms account or connect windows 8 or 10 phone.
