Mac can print fine but Windows 10 (with update for version 1703 - Microsoft Community

i able connect printer fine before update. printer properties show following information:

brother mfc-9320cw printer

brother color leg type1 class driver
port: wsd-<guid numbers>

the printer status looks ok. pages not print. not print test page printer properties either.

multiple other windows machines (with same windows update) connected printer , printing fine.

the above update creating problems. rebooted printer, sure. not working.

i got firmware update tool brother's web site , checked if there issues. said printer date.

my mac can print fine!

anything should trying on windows machines?

a possible reason why not print using printer due outdated driver. suggest download , install latest driver manufacturer , see if helps. after ensuring correct driver installed, check if device recognized in device manager.

do update on how goes.
