Microsoft account on phone won't sync, gives error code 85010014 - Microsoft Community

hi,

my windows phone (nokia lumia 635 supplied employer) has problem microsoft account , gives error code 85010014. account can't link server sync contacts or emails (for account). i've managed log in account on pc (by resetting password) there cannot access emails through outlook.com error ("an error occurred when tried access mailbox because server information , mailbox couldn't found").

i've read many similar problems here in ms community forums successful solutions involved "support specialist".

i cannot reset phone has contacts in need keep , want backed , synced account, hence problem.

how fix this?

• what os build version running on phone?
  check it, go settings> about> more information.
  
• kindly check if "date , time" set manual or automatic?
  go settings > date + time > set automatically = ???
  
• are connected using wifi internet or network data connection?
