My wife downloaded the office package from her college and it seems to - Microsoft Community


yesterday wife downloaded free version through college requirement online class.. today while using word package complete assignment , saved document , on retrieval reformatted. possibly corrupt download came college server? has experienced similar problem. assignment due midnight sunday , package downloaded win 10 laptop has worked in past word, however that former version. class requires use word 2016 removed old version on computer , downloaded new one. seemed ok until saved , retrieved. appreciated.

1. corruption happen 1 document? can try creating new document check result.

 

2. check whether problem happens other computers.

 

3. please send screenshots of both original , corruption document.

 

4. can go file > account check version of word application , please provide screenshot of version.
