Notification Sounds Vanished - Microsoft Community


hello...the notfication sounds of windows lumia 650 handset vanished last night , songs not getting played anymore. used face similar problem before bu used resolved whenever updated phone software update not working anymore...plz :)

it appears issue caused app.

let isolate issue uninstalling apps installed on phone, can identify app causing notification sounds disabled. don't forget restart phone after uninstalling apps.

install apps 1 @ time, checking notification sound.

after identifying app causing issue, send feedback using feedback hub app. app can accessed via app list menu or pressing , holding volume down + power buttons 2 3 seconds.

please tell outcome.
