since may 2016, neither nokia nor microsoft offer repair phone yours anymore. therefore, if still on warranty, have bring phone point of sale (retailer). then, retailer, arranges repair or exchange. however, if out of warranty, in trouble because reported symptom anything, ranging software issue hardware fault. if software issue, software of nokia 101 cannot refurbished easily, because not offer usb port officially. looking @ second-hand market-prize of nokia 101, returning phone retailer might complete financial loss. instead, did consider buy phone?
